You will work with a primary consultant who will get to know you, your people, and business. To enhance our service and expertise, our wider team are also available to support your HR needs. This means you always have a senior HR team as an extension of your business.

Hourly rate

Charges are based on an hourly rate and all costs are free from hidden amounts or administrative fees.

The hourly rate covers:

• advice via email or phone

• face to face meetings

• documents and letters created for you

• no minimum spend requirement

• no monthly fee

• no lock in period

Recruitment

We don’t charge a placement fee. Instead we charge hourly for the work completed, and you choose the services you want based on your need.
